Josh: What is up everybody,  Josh Tapp here again and welcome back The Lucky Titan Podcast and today we have a very special guest with us here, we are here with Sean Boyle, he’s the owner of Momentum Virtual Tours which is a 7-figure Marketing business which I’m really excited to talk about because it is really specific nation, and also got a very specific service that they provide honestly perfect there’s a lot of completion out there right Sean, you should correct me on that pretty cool sector Sean, Say what’s up to everybody and tell us something about yourself that most people would wanna know. 

Sean: Josh, what’s going on Men, thank you so much for having me on the platform, something that people wouldn’t know Man, Ahh, I love mixed martial arts, I think that I used to be like back in the day involve in those kunfu movies, those Bruce Lee and fcking Chuck Norris and Dude I amlike heavily involve with Muai Thai, Jiu-Jitsu, kick boxing and I can kick enough, if I am not in the office you’re gonna find me training 100% with that. 

Josh: Getting there, you but headed to your, one way or another right. 

Sean: You’re damn right it’s the same dude, (I mean you’ll) You know people, people that are like 6 feet am only like 5’9 myself, likeit depends, it’s really how high you move your body so it’s (ahm) a good relief for sure and fantastic 

Josh: It funny how many entrepreneur I talkedwith they actually do spend a lot of time doing either martial art or some sort of big physical activity like that, because I mean like really helps to I think refocus yourself and calm down for stresses of the day. (laugh) 

Sean: Listen, punching people in the face did at the end of the day that’s no better feeling (laugh) 

Josh: (laugh) that’s a stress reliever (laugh) love it man. Hey, let’s hop in now to your business, what you guys have been doing and really into the strategies that you’ve been using and so I kinda let you run for you Man. 

Sean: Yeah, For sure Man. For the people who wouldn’t know Momentum is actually broken up two separate apprehends this MomentumDigital which is a full scale digital marketing company and the Momentum 360 which is more so I actually come and dear, which is virtual tour, virtual staging, you know Photography, videography, drone all content related services that are primarily in heavily involve in real estate and we also deal with restaurant, retail and just pretty much editing physical occasion we could be sitting in your office right there behind you, you know what I mean, it is really a great industry. Something that this is I wanna be talk more about because I know that from what we first connected with Men, you know, people are really having that Ilike to call the 7-Figure revenue brought where they’re just looking (Ahh) we are doing okay, but we looking for push through to eight, nine, right,so I give a couple example, for clients, fast client and previous clients that we’ve you know ask and encourage father that we’ve had to really boost up, you know those we guarantee first is I wanna dived into is Dr. Steven Fox he’s a dentist in New York Citya massive and glamour in New Your City, there’s a million dentist, so how do we get him to truly stand out right so we both from digital marketing and something that we actually used primarily was google my business right now I am pretty sure that majority of people on this podcast know what google my business is but what we did which was pretty unique and we sorted things is we use website with new potential and called uber suggest right and one of the biggest problems men with them was, they we’re, you know having good rankings, getting mentors and other clients whatever to review them, give testimonials, just building that foundation right, but something that they needed was that consent because just like how many times kinda reiterate that kind of number of jumble with dentistry, dental flaws, you gotta brush your  teeth (laugh) I mean you have to use this thing who can we spice it us so uber suggest that once we went on there we found a tremendous boat load, content and key word that which we can formulate into blogs, YouTube videos and that’s the whole game, I mean if you guys know Gary V’s page, you’ve kind of see that (that) style of content where you have that loading bar which is I love it’s just a dope concept and you know this whole pooping out things that what kinda things wedid for this guy with Dr. Steven Fox and you know we we’re be able take obvious you know I wanna dive into his numbers and pretty much he was in the first page who I think like, NYC Dentistry just like really prominent keyword Man and that is something I wish that more people would take seriously because like anybody, you get into advertisements, you get head wrap around with your re-marketing and just building all these list but I think cooler or which is I mean is perfect remark I think that I am definitely right on this is you need to have that SEO as that concreate fundamental base because if you don’t have that and then your transition into advertising and you’re like, we’re gonna just stock file and view stuff you paying a play, your SEO’s as you know men it is not a long term game which a lot of people don’t wanna pay, everyone just wanna have that insta - gratification  you know, it is a pretty interesting thing but for Dr. Steven Fox, we we’re you know really able to provide a lot of quick value for that in and I should practice that what in Digital Marketing side and necessarily was not in virtual tours a lot of things for sure and something else like that we just dive into right now is the second model  which is the easy pecans and women’s clothing store so neither me or you I really wanna know about women’s fashionso I was like kinda battle how are we going to grow this guy and again using the same model with google my business and this is something that for a lot of retail store that we’re just absolutely murdered by this virus right, so you know I have my complete empathy, because my old men used to own a bar down in south which it is not open right now but you can best believe you know that we would have to close, just a phase of the virus, you know it’s just we could’ve cap that at all it was too much for sure so with easy pecans with Richard Warshak he has women retails store in Fili, New Jersey & New York so what we are really looking to do is to expand that google my business and so we are saying we have one more website which we are creating right now, we need to add all of those location making a complete you know list of these locations pages  put in women’s retail in Prince, New Jersey, Women’s retail and so all of these constant related pages as well as loading that GMB which to me seems like a common practice in different location you just wanna make that your common thing and before you know it man you know submitted a site map we got some index and I mean it was just an pretty easy process so again it is not relying on you know the google ads, the world of Facebook ads the world because sure you know high money in everything but if you are just trying to win off of that, that is one medium and I think that SEO as a whole is you know just a great way to set that foundation, hundred percent.

Josh: Yea that’s a great phase to start like you are saying really, when it comes down to most versus email like ours we (we) we don’t focus on the SEO as much as we probably should and so it’s one of those things that we most people aren’t taking the time to actually tying to implement those strategy so you guys, you talk about these is are the ways that you enter inbut give us a little bit background on what else you do for people when you get to that point. 

Sean: Yea, so it is something where once we get to a certain figure of let’s just say for instance for easy pecans or for the dentist we get to this you know kind of figure what is like or what we are really just trying to do here and what are we trying to do, something that I’ve found in our business model and for client is leverage is using these micro influencers on Instagram, heading up you know on some hot girl on you know watch just the universe or whatever and really whether it is reviews or just saying people know or whatever, I mean that is something that we use that hacker on my office, let’s put it in this way for LinkedIn, once we have that connection we (we) have a bunch of people you and me we both got a million invitations you know a day, you know what I mean congrats on 10 thousand followers dude by the way I saw that before the interview, I know it is a big win and so we use that where we have some pretty girl Dm someone and again it’s just using those micro influencers using our leverage and you know getting as much as likereally juicing those testimonials as best as possible you know that’s something that a lot of people do, but today they kinda fall off and it’s something you could be constantly advertising different things, different personality and this person and the other person so you always just be collecting data I mean at the core demand data is a king right now, it’s a constant king I say data’s king because the more data, the more leverage you have so once we get to  a certain (ahh) you know model or web for month and annually we circle back and have a full core meeting and that involves the entire team you know as much as I love to say that, I am on a project and hundred percent of my time I just can’t allocate you know all my time and hey it’s just being me an honest owner and entrepreneur as much as I like to, but I take time out of my day just to say hey this is what we need to do,bring the whole team around and fix a solution based on what we are trying to do whether it is a influencer, again it is really depending upon a niche and what we are looking to do which is more money I mean, it’s just a broad term there’s so many mediums I will just look at and we’re not doing it and when we are doing something well like before this interview I was telling you about these 7 lead finder in this male shake so for people that are completely foreign for that kinda dive in right now these 7 lead finder is a what it says a lead finder where you can scrape search by nation and by city you get on a basic package I believe 30 searches a day you can download them for a custom audiences and google ads on whether you wanna do normal CSB for Facebook Ads a whole bunch of customizations there, you can trans that over to the you know male shakes the worlds these other email senders where you can just start sending that in for me I was never be a big component on code emails, I that’s dead in the water but male shake has been tremendous in a bit little ways and a bit pretty much like (I) I will give a quick example for what we do, we say and this is for talking arealtors selling a virtual tours “hey my name is Sean Boyle, this is Momentum 360 we do virtual tours, virtual staging, whole bunch and stuffs for  realtors  we we’re able to generate act more lead or act more closings in a month using our technology if you are interested reply with the word interested”  and that sheer, just blunt email has generated also a lot of our clients are using this too Man,  it is just tremendous man and revenue so it’s something what you want to be, constantly thinking of whether its again you know (ah)  revenue is the king but you wanna look at these other areas  let’s just be honest I think having an open minded is so crucial because me  a 23 year old it’s like I have the eager for the fcking ball I just wanted to be found in the pavement and doing a lot of stuff and they need to understand my way is not necessarily the highway, I need to be  learning from guys like you guys, like there are much biggerand have this successful companies and that’s the most important thing too and definitely as a client too you know for sure you know you guys have to be always open minded. 

Josh: yea, I appreciate that Man, one of  the big things that I found when you are when people think that strategy is dead it is typically needs everybody is left it and  becomes very very profitable to those who actually employ the strategies and you watch of these big master marketers you know the Russel Bronze said, the Billy Jeans, these people who they profit on those and they bank on those strategies and people aren’t leveraging you know, one of I just listening to the show the other day these guys getting back into texting and you know you think you could be dead in the market it’s not it’s been a great marketing strategy so I love that, thank you for those examples man, I think it’s really cool when you can bring in those sort of perspective into this so, give us more insight to your process of on how you be able to grow your agency specifically in getting this because you mention these 7 figure and male shake and everything, but give us more insight man. 

Sean: Yea man, I mean all say first and for most I graduated college in April form Phen State (PSU) dude I know a lot of people, lot of my colleagues, lot of people who graduated just like they are jobless right now, they don’t have anything for them it’s due to covid so,full back story so I was (ah) you know, I just grown a lot in this company and where I am right not I have equity and it is something so beautiful man where you know (I) I’m just so grateful to really wake up to do what I do so I’ll just say that first and for most and I think that is the most important thing in terms with the actual strategy and tactics, we look at Covid, we look at “what the hell is going on got this virus going on and I took an opportunity and I was excited, I was like my Blog was boring and I was waking up like 4 in the morning and my girlfriend was like “give me sleep” like what you are doing, she thought it was mad max every single day you know what I mean it was crazy so I would wake up and I would really think about okay what at  the core what we are trying to do here what our main range what so this virtual tours in particular the secret sauce not only contacting them brokerages  the main scale of brokerages but the actual realtors themselves once we do a good job in the realtors it is just gonna be a recreating thing right they just gonna trust us, they’re all gonna feel warm inside and they’re just gonna keep going with us right what is what I want to do so covid or no covid and people probably don’t wanna hear this is I was scheduling impress meeting I was you know doing that a lot of people you know I’ll admit they did wanna do that, they are happen on zero man, a bunch of other platforms do google hangouts, that in person face-to-face is so important so probably not invite like 500 people over there with covid Man, in the past couple of months so in our present  communication that’s one strategy once we started really get into their book business andSOP it’s just became recreating thing, it was a thing of  beauty, now for all the other industries other than real estate I know that real estate produces virtual tours is obviously king for sure I used to be stupid to think that for schools, for retail shops, for restaurants how do we do it, well other than male shakes we run just on a normal YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads, which is nothing crazy right, it is nothing crazy at all but again what we did was once we started to take notice of that we started to build out blogs and pages, it’s kinda full circle where you know stared with each course it gets confusing for the content we started writing blogs around the niches so for instance  you can go momentumvirtualtours.com and check out, you know virtual tour for collages, virtual tours of restaurants, the top 10you know niches for virtual tour and we saw okay, again again this are all uber suggest, all day 3data collect we started saying “hey” the easiest key word, long tail keywords or rank we’re the most traffic that was really our brand batter so we made a shoot of content during Corona and a lot of in-person meetings and a lot of just of hustle and that is something that a 23 year old I love doing, I just love getting out there and meeting a bunch of people and I think that more people you know they’re rely on technology as I am too, I am not saying I am totally blueish with technology  I love it, I’m into this thing, it says I am on it a12 hours a day you know what I mean I just say it’s the truth you can’t be in that person meeting because it doesn’t matter how many times you advertise them, it doesn’t matter how many times they click in your YouTube or something, let’s just say “hey” let’s grab a cup of coffee  for five minutes, like how are you doing you know what I mean, that inter personal thing so valuable and I think it’s a lost term honestly Man, in the today’s society 

Josh: Well, I love how you bring that up because most people don’ttake the time to that I think it’s going to be worth-while as running a Facebook Ads or something so it’s cool to see you are able to leverage that strategy for your company as well, so you know Sean, give us 3 action steps that people could take today and if they are saying okay I’m stuck in a million dollars, how do I break that million dollar point. 

Sean: Yep so the top 3 honestly Man, Number 1, I would do complete audit of your whole system right, no system is perfect we are humans, we’re flood, but you wanna make sure that you gotta tight them to those weak points so again whether you are not producing enough in fcking YouTube Content, not an Instagram content do it, you know your weak point, you know where are your vulnerable at what you are not good at and again, I am good at so much I would love oh my God Josh, I can do Facebook Ads, I can sell, I can make copy , I can do all that stuffs it’s not just my reputation for me  like me I am color blind, I’ve red-green color blind so you I can see you know when you wear white and blue shirt and say whatever the thing is Men, you know we can honestly buy you know and hire people to do the jobs for us so I lacking content, I lacking always scared of things  so that’s number 1, think what you are vulnerable at and go attack and go hire if you need to just figure it out, there’s a million ways to do, whether it is fiber or going up work, that number 1. Number 2, I would really asses during this time with corona you know what are some things that are could be changing in terms of you packaging you know because what got to those 7 figures with one product or whatever it not like  gonna get the 8 you need to think of different product, you need to think of different packages, you know  whether that’s new SEO packaging, new course like I don’t wanna make this you know podcast, I really have to made it for myself but you know just like give my computer plug, by business partner Mac,  we are making a course for Google SEO  I do wanna make a course how to create your own virtual tour company I think that very valuable because not only use another product but it makes you more authority figure in what niche which is so powerful tool that number 2, really think how can you create different product , different services around what you are good at and around and it kinda ties to everything right ahm, that’s number 2, and then number 3 men, I mean this is just be here honestly my biggest thing is just action and so it is just on the health side of thing over all mind set but think of your daily schedule you know, think of what time you are waking up, what time you are going to bed and whether it is breathing exercises to clear mind and whatever I think what so important because having that clarity of mind I mean during covid I know, people that have lost their life, you know people who’s in hospitals , chaos, babies are crying all those stuff you know it’s going to hell right  it seems like pretty much but I think we just have to stay calm right up that storm and then the thing- the answer, the third question is you need to take action with the opportunities that are about to come, what does it mean is I believe whoever wins the presidency ban with trump and if Trump wins a recession will gonna happen  real soon just my personal sense but you need to be ready for that and what it’s gonna be I can’t answer for you, for me it’s launchingmy course, it’s probably you know leveraging all these people that are gonna be you know for real estate, I might buy a couple of properties too and again this is just be an investor mind set what can I buy, what can I buy, this is just having an open mind sent just to really just pounce when you can and again I know this podcast is all about action but I can’t say enough you know just having a plan, having you know visualization that’s great too man, but if you really hit the fcking pavement do what you are supposed to do and you know what you are supposed to do, you know – you can go home, you can be exhausted and you know you do great, you know  men I gave it to – I knew what I needed to do  and I crossed it, you know I need to comeback,  I have a lot of those being a 23 year old it’s like men, I can download more you know I can stop playing the xbox for just like half an hour just so I could spend time doing something else  I think we can figure in our mind is definitely something important and then what I do is went half and do a breathing it is like a 10 minute breathing exercise, just like a sauna,  go to the gym, eat healthy all that sht and again you could just look at these things up and it’s not a rocket scientist , I am not smarter than Bill Gates, I’m just good person who’s been lucky enough to hear them and doing the strategies that they implemented truly.
